Woo Hoo, It’s my birthday today, And I’m sure that there is so much that I could be doing,

But I chose to come to work and work it all out,

However some one tried to use my debit card somewhere over in Germany,

Now I have to get a new one because I need it activated today, so I can use the funds in my account,

It seems like I’m not having any fun at all, I’m used to hanging with my Brothers, but yesterday

I got to hang with my brothers from different mothers, and fathers,

We sat up and watched the Super bowl, however, I’m all Seahawks so I’ll have to wait until next season for our Super bowl run,

My phone keeps ringing, the text messages keep coming, the Facebook post keep populating,

and I’m starving sitting in class thinking about all the things I wish I want to be doing,

But I’m just chillin enjoy the moment, another day in the life, As I continue to breath fresh air,

I’m enjoying the fact that I have a job working with students, and making some kind of difference in somebodies world

What I learned that has happened on the day I was born was that there was a prison uprising at the Raiford Florida State Prison Uprising

The uprising caused the prison guards to shoot killing dozens of inmates,

I seen a video of a Chicago rapper getting gunned down while picking his kids up from elementary school,

I seen violence and turmoil in different areas of the state on all different levels

Do we live for lust, greed, or do we live by faith,

Your upbringing determines how you will receive this world and how we will embrace this world together

Or separate, but all in all, today is and was a great day for those who choose peace and love rather than drama and hate,

Happy Bday to me, myself, and I,

Let’s continue to live in love, be responsible for our lives, and help those who need help,
